I have been involved in Parelli since attending my first tour stop in 2004. I was 15 years old, and I decided THIS was what I wanted to do with my life. Our whole barn in the San Juan Islands in Washington State, made a switch to PNH, and there was no looking back. My grey Arab mare and I, after passing my Level 3, were asked to participate in two tour stops in 2006, Yakima, WA, and Albany, OR, both of which further proved to me that I wanted to be a Parelli Instructor. Despite this dream, I also wanted to graduate from college, and thus help to achieve Pat's goal of raising the level of professionalism in the horse industry, so I began at Linfield College in 2007 from where I would graduate a year early in 2010, with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In 2008, Linda Parelli caught sight of a youtube video that I had made of the girls and I at our barn playing with our horses, and she asked if we would consider performing at the 2008 Redmond, OR tour stop. After the performance, Pat offered me a three month trial position working with him for the summer which I readily accepted! This was one of the most amazing summers of my life... working directly with Pat, and his (then small) team of horse developers. It was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make to return for two more years of University in the fall. Then in the winter of 2009 I was offered a 6 wk internship at Atwood Ranch in CA, which I quickly jumped at during my winter quarter off from school; 6 weeks soon turned into 9 months and I finished my degree on-line during that time. I had the amazing opportunity to assist Kerryn in running the Young Horse Development program for those 9 months; during which we prepared AR yearlings and performed with them at Redmond, OR, Fresno, CA, and the Performance Summit in 2010; as well as helping match them to forever homes. After my time at Atwood I returned to Florida for 8 weeks of study at the end of 2010 where I was lucky enough to get to spend half my time studying under Kalley at the Foundation Station, and the other half riding and playing wth Linda and her horses!

After an amazing year in Queensland working and teaching with Kerryn I have returned to the Parelli Center in a full time position as one of Linda's Protege's; but am still available for lessons and workshops!

I look forward to meeting you and your horse and helping you with YOUR amazing journey with Parelli!
