Much like a musical child prodigy, Emily Thompson began her horsemanship journey at the age of 4 under the tutelage of her parents, 3 Star Parelli Professional and Horse Development Specialists Dan & Gretchen Thompson. By 2008, Emily made Parelli Natural Horsemanship history by being the youngest student to be awarded Level 4 in all four savvys at the time. In 2009, she followed in her parent’s footsteps by achieving 3 Star status as an Instructor and Horse Development Specialist.
Her journey has truly been a unique one. In addition to spending countless hours of immersion with her parents in the mountains of Montana, she has also received private instruction with Linda Parelli from an early age. In 2008, Emily began a three year apprenticeship with Pat Parelli while touring on the Parelli Savvy Tour Team. During her time with Pat, she performed colt starts under the watchful eye of 4 Star Senior Parelli Professional and Master Horse Development Specialist, Kalley Krickeberg, and had the benefit of private lessons with Dressage Master, Walter Zettl. She has developed a proficiency in both Western and English disciplines through real world experience.
Her focus is now helping others achieve extraordinary results using the benefit her talent and thousands of hours of experience.
